Notice is hereby given that the Jenkins County Board of Commissioners will accept sealed bids for the Jenkins County- Millen Sports Complex Improvements, located at 442 Recreation Drive, Millen, GA 30442, such bids to be submitted to the Jenkins County Board of Commissioners, Attn: Grady Saxon, 833 E. Winthrope Ave. Millen, Ga. 30442; no later than 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, August 14, 2024, at which time and place they will be opened publicly and read aloud. The contract shall be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder whose bid meets the requirements and criteria set forth in this invitation for bids.
