Due to health and safety concerns related to COVID-19, the bid opening for this project will not be available to the public.  The abstract will be posted on beta.SAM.gov following the bid opening.  A contracting office representative will be at the Jefferson Barracks Front Gate on the morning of Tuesday 24 March 2020 prior to the bid opening time to ensure bids can be delivered to the Government.  Note: The contracting office will be closed on Monday 23 March 2020.

Summary of Work / Description of Requirement: the Missouri Air
National Guard’s 131st Bomb Wing, 29 Sherman Ave., Jefferson
Barracks, St. Louis, MO 63125, is issuing an Invitation for Bid
(IFB) to award a single firm-fixed-price contract for the Demolition of
B42 (Approx. 11,000 SF of masonry) Project Number LTUY142070.
The magnitude of this project is between $250,000.00 and
$500,000.00. The project is set aside 100% for Service Disabled
Veteran Owned Small Business. The scope of this project includes,
but is not limited to, the contractor furnishing all labor, tools,
equipment, and supplies necessary to demolish Building 42 while
salvaging materials from the building so they can be reused for
repair work for other historic buildings on base.
