DISA/DITCO intends to issue a Sole Source contract to JDA SOFTWARE GROUP, INC., 14400 N 87^TH ST, SCOTTSDALE, AZ, 85260-3653.  This acquisition is for JDA SOFTWARE GROUP, INC., software maintenance renewal as per the attached solicitation, for the Defense Commissary Agency, Fort Lee, VA with Ship to Address of 5258 Oaklawn Blvd., Hopewell, VA 23860-7336. The period of performance (PoP) is reinstated from 01 Oct 2008 through 30 Sep 09 to provide for continuity of service, and bring current all support through 30 Sep 09.
