The DLA Contracting Services Office - Columbus located at the Defense Supply Center Columbus intends to procure, on a sole source basis with JDA Software Group, for on-site JDA training consisting of Demand Planner I and Demand Planner II Classes. JDA Software Group owns all proprietary rights to the Manugisitcs software and is the sole provider for any and all JDA certified training courses allowing for JDA Certification. Market research has determnined no other courses will allow for required JDA Certification. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation documents are avaialable and telephone requests will not be honored. Howeve if a firm believes it can meet the requirements it must provie information about its services as well as references from other customers who are using these services, to the Contracting Officer within three (3) calendar days from the date of this notice.
