The Jeff Davis Board of Education as (¿Owner¿), is soliciting competitive bids from firms interested in providing General Contracting (GC) services for the construction of a project known as the Jeff Davis High School Tennis Fieldhouse. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive technicalities and informalities at their discretion. The project involves all sitework and building construction for a new Tennis Fieldhouse on the Jeff Davis High School Campus. The building will be 1,620 SF concrete block, brick veneer, wood framed roof, asphalt shingle building.
