Proposals from firms interested in providing construction management at-risk services for a new multi-purpose facility and new primary school known as Project No. JD-24.1 "Facility Projects" for the Jeff Davis County Board of Education, Hazlehurst, Georgia. This Request for Proposals (RFP) seeks to identify a CMR for the above-mentioned services. The RFPs will be reviewed and evaluated by a selection committee and a CMR will be selected based on a scoring matrix. Firm interviews will be conducted at the discretion of the selection committee. The BOE reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, and to waive technicalities and informalities at their discretion.
