The Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Fort Knox intends to issue a Request For Quote (RFQ) to procure transportation services in support of the Francis Lewis High School JROTC JCLC event from 18 - 26 June 2019.  The NAICS code is 485510 (Charter Bus Industry) and the PSC code is V212 (Motor Passenger Service).  The SBA Small Business Size Standard is $15M.  the RFQ will be posted to the FedBizOpps website at https://www.fbo.gov on or about 7 June 2019.  This date is subject to change.  All amendments to the solicitation will likewise be posted to the FedBizOpps website.  Contractors are cautioned to check the website periodically for amendments.  Faxed offers and amendments will not be sent out in paper copy.  A firm-fixed price purchase order will be awarded.  All responsive and responsible businesses may submit an offer for consideration.  Prospective contractors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award of a contract.  CCR is now obsolete.  Offers shall ensure SAM registration is active and shall not assume that CCR information automatically migrated to the SAM system.  The official SAM website is https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM.  Contractors are encouraged to complete SAM registration as soon as possible; the government may not delay award for the purpose of allowing a contractor time to register in SAM.  All questions must be submitted in writing by 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, 10 June 2019 to the Contract Specialist and may be emailed to Jennifer King at [email protected].
