Notice of Intent to Sole-Source: The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Knox intends to award on a sole-source basis a contract to Camp Zephyr to support the Camp Warrior, Laredo, TX.  JCLC during the period of performance from 23 - 28 May 2019 with no option periods. The requirement is to provide meals, lodging, facilities, high and low ropes courses for 105 cadets, 14 cadre, and 4 chaperones. Market research has demonstrated that Camp Zephyr is the only entity able to meet all lodging, meals, and facility requirements.

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS and a solicitation will not be issued. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is received, the award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
