The solicitation may be downloaded from this website. Contractors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award of a contract. Solicitation will be issued on or about 5 April 2019 with quotes due on or about 12 April 2019 at 12:00 p.m. Fort Knox, KY, (Eastern Time). Please note these dates are subject to change. All amendments to the solicitation will be likewise posted to the FedBizOpps website. Contractors are cautioned to check this website for amendments. Paper copies of the solicitation (SF 1449) will not be available. Solicitation must be downloaded atthe above listed website.

All quotes likewise may be submitted via email to ;[email protected]. Faxed or late quotes WILL NOT be accepted. All offers shall be submitted no later than the date and time specified for receipt (see Block 8 on the SF 1449 or the latest issued amendment). Award will be made to the lowest priced,responsive, responsible offer.
