Meridian Systems Automated Logic System - The building control and monitoring systems installed in projects on JBER must be compatible with and provide intelligent communications with the supervising station, permitting full monitoring and control of all devices from the Supervising Station System. Compatibility problems could directly lead to loss due to building freeze up during JBER's inclement cold weather. The Government's minimum operational need is defined by the following sources: Meridian Systems, Inc. Automated Logic Base wide control and monitoring system integrated with all new individual building automation systems. The technical provisions for a functional addressable system that provides intelligent communications with the supervising station, permitting full monitoring and control of all devices from the supervising station are limited to Meridian Systems Automated Logic equipment.
THIS NOTICE IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE AND NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. No solicitation will be available as these sole source items will be incorporated into the specifications of an FY19 solicitation for a new Military Construction (MILCON) facility on JBER, Alaska.
Vendors who offer the above items which can meet all of the above functional criteria are invited to respond to this notice. Responses must include the following information:
(1) Identification of the manufacturer's name, address, and country of product manufacture.
(2) Fully detailed specification sheets.
(3) Narrative addressing how your product meets the salient features listed above.
