The purpose of this addendum is as follows:
1) To extend the proposal due date to 21 January 2015 at 3pm.
2) To clarify the need. The request for quotation lists 5 buses under clin 001 and it associates (1001, 2001, 3001, 4001, 5001, and 6001). The amount of buses is hereby changed from 5 to 3 buses.
3) Clin 002 and its associated clins (1002, 2002, 3002, 4002, 5002, and 6002) request a weekly price for 2 buses. The Contracting Officer may use this clin to order additional services when parking plan B is in effect. See paragraph 2.1.2 of the PWS. The additional 2 buses will be needed during the peak time when Parking Lot B is in effect.
4) Clin 003 and its associated clins (1003, 2003, 3003, 4003, 5003, and 6003) request a monthly price for 2 buses. The Contracting Officer may use this clin to order additional services when parking plan B is in effect. See paragraph 2.1.2 of the PWS. The additional 2 buses will be needed during the peak time when Parking Lot B is in effect.
5) Change paragraph 2.1. Place of Performance, third sentence from: At a minimum, the COR shall notify the contractor seven days in advance of when the effective parking plan is to change. TO: At a minimum, the COR shall notify the contractor fourteen days in advance of when the effective parking plan is to change.
6) Add the following note to paragraph 2.1.2 of the PWS.
Note: The contractor will be given a two week notice as to when Parking Plan B will be in effect. When the contractor is notified, the additional two buses shall be available.
7) Add to paragraph (IX) of the original Combined Solicitation, fourth sentence: Clins 002 and 003 and its associates will be evaluated for Fair & Reasonabless only.
All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
