The Long Range Systems Division plans to award a sole source contract to Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control-Orlando, 5600 Sand Lake Road, Orlando, FL, 32819-8907. The proposed contract covers Engine Robustness Testing and other Life Cycle support of the Joint Air-to-Surface Standoff Missile (JASSM) and the Joint Air-to-Surface Standoff Missile Extended Range (JASSM-ER) weapon systems. This lifecycle support includes all efforts related to JASSM, JASSM-ER and any JASSM variant in the areas of system upgrade, integration, production, sustainment, management and logistical support for US Government systems and foreign government platforms. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control, Orlando FL is the only known source to meet the government’s requirement under the SPS. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
