The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) proposes to award two single award Indefinite Delivery - Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract using Firm Fixed Price and Time and Materials type orders to maintain the currency required for Maritime Digital Nautical Charts (DNC) for the Atlantic and Pacific Regions. These contracts will support Maritime DNC products and datasets, use data to perform content management and product finishing, leverage existing geospatial data to help maintain the legacy NGA Maritime DNC products, seek innovation through technology, production processes, and business analytics to provide data and services in ways that reduce cost, improve data quality, and improve timeliness.
The total anticipated period of performance is a 1-year base with 4 1-year options. This procurement will be posted for full and open competition and will not be set-aside for small business. The applicable NAICS Code is 541370, and the size standard is $15M.
This notice is not a request for quotations or solicitation of Offerors. The following draft solicitation and accompanying attachments are issued in order to provide industry with an advance version and to obtain meaningful feedback from interested parties.

The Government intends to award two contracts for non-commercial items utilizing FAR Part 15 Best Value Source Selection Procedures.
Vendors must be approved and registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Website located at https://www.sam.gov before award can be made.
All contractor questions regarding the draft solicitation and draft documents must be submitted through Attachment 10 by Monday, 23 April 2018 at 10:00 AM CT.
