LOGISTICAL SUPPORT SERVICES FOR MILITARY PERSONNEL IN SUPPORT OF EXERCISE COMBINED ENDEAVOR 2009 IN BOSNIA-HERZEGOVINA

PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT

1. Introduction. Combined Endeavor 2009 is a multi-national exercise between US military forces and the Armed Forces of 18 European nations. The Main Operating Base (MOB) is at the Banja Luka Training Area at Kozara Barracks in the Republika Srpska area of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The exercise will require logistical support services by local vendors to ensure a successful execution.

2. Scope of Work. The US Government shall require logistical support services for approximately 600 personnel. Logistical support shall be required at the primary location Life Support Area (LSA) located inside the Banja Luka Training Area. The second location is the holding area is at Rajlovac near Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Both locations will be operating during the duration of the exercises. The US Government anticipates that the LSA will be set-up during the dates of 1 July - 30 August 2009. Contractor shall meet with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) during these dates to define the locations of the services to be provided. The services required are logistical in nature and are further outlined below:

3. Janitorial Services. Contractor shall provide janitorial services for the LSA. This shall include once-per-day cleaning of the latrines, showers and all common areas. Cleaning shall be from 0600 - 1200 hours daily in the following buildings:
Buildings 2 Women's Barracks: 1 day rooms, showers and toilets.
Building 5 BiH Barracks: 2 day rooms, showers and toilets
Building 7 BiH Barracks: 2 day rooms, showers and toilets
Building 15 Delegation's Barracks: 3 day rooms, showers and toilets
Building 62 CE Staff Barracks: 2 day rooms and 2 meeting rooms
Building 63 Delegation Chief Barracks: 2 day rooms
Building 52: Delegation Chief meeting room, large room for functions and toilets
Building 14 CVB/ DV/PAO/PE/VI: All offices and toilets
Building 71 CE Staff: All offices and toilets
Building 70 BiH Staff: All offices, 2 briefing rooms and toilets
Building 3 Command Post: All offices and toilets
Building 17 DFAC: The whole dining area and toilets
Building 214 Cantina: The cantina area and toilets
Building 69 Medical Clinic: All offices
Building 64 Refreshment Center: The whole refreshment center and toilets
Building 217 CJCCC: All offices and toilets

4. Period of Performance: The janitorial services shall be required for the period beginning 25 August and ending 18 SEP 2009.

5. Delivery: The janitorial services shall begin at the LSA 25 August and end of 18 September 2009
