The U.S. Department of Commerce (USDOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric and Administration (NOAA), and intends to procure janitorial services for the National Weather Service WFO in Cheyenne, WY. The period of performance is a base year and 4-12 month option years. The contractor shall provide all supplies, materials, equipment, tools, personnel, and supervision to clean the Weather Forecast Office (WFO) as described in this statement of work. The facility has 5,370 square feet of cleanable space (approximately 35% carpet, 65% tile), 34 windows, 4 Glass Entry Ways and 21 employees. This facility is in operation 24/7.
