The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary to perform Janitorial Services for STARBASE San Luis Obispo located at 703 Ventura Ave., San Luis Obispo, CA 93405 for a period of 36 months to begin on or around February 1, 2025, in accordance with the technical specifications. This project does require contractors to attend a mandatory job walk to be considered eligible to bid. The job walk will take place on October 22, 2024, 9:00 A.M. at STARBASE San Luis Obispo. All questions regarding this IFB MUST be submitted to Jordan Bernal, at [email protected] no later than 10:00 A.M., October 25, 2024. The bid opening will be held on November 1, 2024, at 10:00 A.M.
