The Cape Fear Public Utility Authority is requesting proposals for janitorial services at 235 Government Center Dr., Wilmington, NC. The intent of this agreement is to set out the minimum requirements for janitorial services at the Government Center Drive Administration Facility. The objective is to provide a clean, sanitary, fresh smelling work environment for CFPUA employees and customers. This is a readvertisement for bid 24-S0112. A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference and walk through of the Cape Fear Public Utility Authority’s Administration Building was originally held at 235 Government Center Drive, Wilmington, NC on Thursday, July 20, 2023 at 09:00 am. This was a mandatory pre-bid Conference and walk through. A Contractor representative was required to attend this pre-bid conference and participate in the walk through of the building for that company to be eligible to submit an official bid. To be considered for this readvertisement, Contractor’s either needed to attend the previous bid or schedule an appointment for an individual walk-through before bids are due on August 11, 2023.
