The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Eastern Regional Acquisition, Norfolk, VA on behalf of the National Weather Service is soliciting a requirement for Janitorial Services at the Gray, Maine Weather Forecast Office, in Gray, Maine. The vendor must follow specifications within the attachment titled, "Performance Based Service Contract - Janitorial".

This RFQ is 100 percent set-aside for small business concerns. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561720, which has a corresponding size standard of $16.5 Million.

Solicitation number EA133W-13-RQ-0551 will be issued July 11, 2013 and will close July 25, 2013.

The total period of performance for all work specified in the Statement of Work is October 1, 2013 through September 30, 2017 (with a base and four Option Years), Subject to the Availability of Funds.

The Government anticipates awarding a firm fixed price purchase order to the responsible bidder whose bid, conforming to the solicitation, will be most advantageous to the Government, considering only price and the price-related factors specified in the solicitation.

All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The anticipated award date is on or about July 28, 2013.
