AG-82MK-S-12-0001 is for Janitorial Services for the Supervisor's Office on the Grand Mesa, Uncompahgre and Gunnison National Forests located at 2250 Highway 50, Delta, Colorado. This Janitorial Services project shall include all management, tools, equipment and labor necessary to ensure that janitorial servies are performed in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat and professional appearance.

A pre-proposal site visit is scheduled for January 4th, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. Details of this meeting will be included in the solicitation. This pre-proposal is NOT mandatory. All participants must RSVP by January 3rd, 2012 by contacting Ann (Peggy) Dobie at 970-642-4415.

This is a total small business set aside.

All Offerors must respond to all evaluation criteria in Section M of the solicitation to be considered responsive to this solicitation. Offerors who fail to meet these three criteria will not be considered in the Technical Evaluation of offers.
