The U.S. Consulate Adana invites you to submit a quotation for Janitorial Services for the U.S. Consulate Adana. For a quotation to be considered, you must complete and submit the information as required in Section 3 of the solicitation.

The U.S. Consulate Adana intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.

A site visit and pre-proposal conference will be held on May 10, 2024, at 14:00 hours. The site visit will be conducted in English, all participants must be fluent in English. Companies wishing to participate in the site visit may send only one (1) representative per company.

The Consulate cannot consider a request to participate in the site visit and pre-proposal conference until the participant’s full name and ID number have been submitted via e-mail to [email protected] before 14:00 hours on May 8, 2024.
