Janitorial Services-Smokey Bear Ranger Station: This contract requires Janitorial Service and related work in compliance with the following terms, conditions, specifications, and provisions. This includes furnishing labor, equipment, supervision and, transportation. The contractor is also responsible for providing toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, plastic bags, cleaning supplies, vacuum and required equipment. The contractor shall provide Janitorial Services at Smokey Bear Ranger District Offices and Old Fire Barn Offices including all restrooms and showers during the specified period of performance. Base year plus three option years.
