The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies,facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform janitorial services to the Dardanelle Powerhouse as defined in the Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as Government furnished property and services.  The contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract.

The intent of this contract is to provide janitorial services to the Dardanelle Powerhouse.  Services include but not limited to all janitorial and lawn care services necessary to maintain the Dardanelle Powerhouse.  The contractor shall furnish all necessary management, supervision, inspection, personnel, materials, supplies, parts, tools, equipment, transportation, and vehicles, except as otherwise provided herein, necessary to assure that all services are performed in accordance with the contract specifications, drawings, attachments, exhibits, and all applicable laws, regulations, codes or directives.  The Contractor shall accomplish work in a timely and satisfactorily manner.
