REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) The City of Bartlett is soliciting written proposals, on a competitive basis from qualified companies or professionals to provide Janitorial Services for the Bartlett Public Library as per the detailed requirements. Proposal information and documents are posted on the City’s website at www.cityofbartlett.org Bids/Proposals. A MANDATORY pre-proposal conference will be held on Tuesday July 12, 2022, at 8:30 a.m. (CDT) to address your questions and provide additional information for this proposal. All interested respondents will be required to attend this meeting. The pre-proposal conference will be held at the Bartlett Public Library, 5884 Stage Road, Bartlett, TN 38134. If you plan to attend, you must provide a company name, representative and contact number via email to Dick Phebus, Finance Director, at [email protected] to confirm your attendance. A confirmation email will be returned with specific information concerning the conference. Failure to attend this meeting will result in the rejection of your proposal. NOTE: Masks are optional. RFP responses are to be received no later than 4:00 P.M. on Tuesday, July 19, 2022.
