This solicitation is for janitorial Services for the Bankhead Ranger District building located in Double Springs, AL. The contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, equipment, transportation, permits, and incidentals necessary to perform janitorial services for a building approximately 6,217 SF. The contract will be for a base period of Jan 1, 2012-30 Sep 2012, with four option years. The size standard for this solicitation is $16.5 million under NAICS code 561720.
