The Request for Quotations No. IHS1484018 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by February 23, 2024.  Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the commercial specification, and price. Quotes will be due on or by March 5, 2024. The acquisition is unrestricted.
