The preliminary GMP budget is $4.2 million dollars. The selection method for this Project is a two-phase RFQ/RFP. SOQs are due by 11:00 AM., August 5, 2021. The RFQ phase will result in a "short list" of qualified firms (see RFQ Documents) who will submit proposals during the RFP phase.
