The services required are OPSEC services as described in the PWS, where the elements of the service and the requirements that must be met are also laid out. For further guidance, please refer to the attached PWS.

The following questions were submitted by prosepective vendors and the answers have been provided by the Government.

1. Would the Government allow sponsorship of a Facility Clearance Level (FCL) to bidders/vendors? Or, do the contractors need to already possess a FCL?
Answer: The Government will not sponsor a FCL. Contractors need to already posses a FCL.

2. Can the Government clarify if they will allow resumes to be TS/SCI eligible or must be able to obtain TS/SCO or SCI eligibility?
Answer: Resumes will be accepted for both TS/SCI eligible and able to obtain TS/SCI. This will not be a limiting factor in evaluation.
