The contractor shall provide services for the Grifols Triturus Immunoassay System located at the Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center. All test, equipment, parts, standards, labor, supervision, technical manuals, transportation necessary to perform one preventive maintenance service visit per year, and any emergency repair services needed for the equipment listed below: SPECIFIC SERVICE FOR Triturus Serial Number: 053-0001845 Services include the following: Technical support hotline 24/7 with 1-hour callback Onsite services M-F 8 am to 5 pm excluding federal holidays once a technical call has been placed. 2 business day onsite response time for corrective maintenance Unlimited corrective maintenance calls 1 Preventive Maintenance per year including verification, optimization, and recalibration of units.
