Yes, NFPA 96 IKECA Certification is required. Can we receive drawings for each building?  If so, when will we receive them? A blueprint for Building 139 is available only. What hours would a lift be available for completion of work?  Contractor can receive lift M-F between 7:00am and 5:00pm EST. Some of the hoods are missing filters?  Is the awarded contractor responsible to replace the missing filters in our price? No, the contractor is not responsible for the missing filter. Can we use steam to clean the hoods and the exhaust fans?  Yes, you can use steam to clean the hoods. Is the awarded contractor able to work at each kitchen on the same day? Yes, but only during the hours of 7:00am and 5:00pm EST. Which months will the project be completed on?
