Tracked Excavator Repair for Seedskadee NWR
The intent of this Pre-Solicitation synopsis is to notify potential offerors of the upcoming solicitation for a contract at US Fish and Wildlife Service, Seedskadee NWR. This is NOT a request for a quote, proposal, or invitation for bid.

On behalf of Seedskadee NWR, USFWS Joint Administrative Operations, Acquisition & Property, Goods and Services, SAT 2 Team intends to issue a firm-fixed purchase order. Equipment diagnostic and repair needed on a tracked excavator ¿ Caterpillar 320BL Excavator 1998.

The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) number is 811310, Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair, and the business size standard is $12.5. The procurement will be full and open. The Government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price type contract with 90 days lead time.

The solicitation will be available June 10, 2024 (or thereafter) with a proposed closing date of June 20,2024. This solicitation will be available in electronic format only. Once posted, offerors can view and/or download the solicitation at www.sam.gov. Qualified Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to provide offers electronically to the listed Contract Specialist on the solicitation.
