***NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE***
The Bureau of Reclamation Acquisition intends to solicit from a single source, YSI, A Xylem Brand, for an Acoustic Doppler Current Profiler (ADCP) which will be used by the Western Colorado Area staff to accomplish water flow measurements in Reclamation canals and other facilities.

This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotes/proposals and does not constitute a commitment by the Government. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this notice.

This requirement will be awarded in accordance with FAR Part 13: Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Any information received from interested parties will only be considered solely for the basis of determining whether a competitive procurement can be conducted. There is no solicitation package available at this time; however, all relevant solicitation documents once issued will be available by contacting the Government’s primary point of contact listed below. Responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
