Equipment provides an adjustable surgical video monitor mount for use during surgeries in the OR. This equipment aids the surgeons with a high resolution video image of the surgery and allows freedom of movement for adjustment to fit each surgical case. 4. Scope. Skytron Part B2-610-12-1 Height Adj Arm Assembly. 5. Specific Tasks. Remove current Skytron height adjustable arm assembly and replace it with new unit. Current unit has a broken arm linkage, causing the arm to be unstable and attached HD surgical monitor to have a list to one side. 5.1 Provide required parts for arm repair Deliverables: Skytron Part B2-610-12-1 Height Adj Arm Assembly 5.2 Complete installation according to manufacturer require. Deliverables: N/A 6. Performance Monitoring BESS Zachary Huffine will be assisting with the removal of the old arm assembly and installation of new arm assembly. 7. Security Requirements N/A 8. The quoted amount of time for removal and installation will be approximately six hours as stated in attached quote. . 13. Delivery Schedule.
