Provide the services on USNS Mercy: a) Perform underwater hull inspection with photographs to include seachest screens and CAPAC electrodes. Provide a preliminary report as soon as possible after completion of work and the final report no later than 10 working days after delivery of the preliminary report. b) Clean and polish the propeller. Clean seachest screens as necessary. Brush clean by hand each of the CAPAC electrodes to remove any soft marine growth.
