Aircraft maintenance services for one Government-owned Twin Commander 690D airplane. Requirements include: (1) 150-Hour Inspection, (2) Service Bulletin 239 Inspection & Compliance, (3) Propeller Overhaul, and (4) Inspection of 300-hour and 450-hour items. Contractor must be an authorized Twin Commander aircraft service center. The aircraft is based at Boulder City, Nevada and will be available on or about August 14, 2006. The Government will fly the aircraft to the successful contractor's facility. The approximate issue date of the solicitation is July 24, 2006 and approximate closing date is July 31, 2006.
