The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, Philadelphia intends to procure the troubleshooting and repair of MARC 350A LPAP's onboard CVN 70. The MARC 350A is being procured on a sole source basis from RIX Industries of Benicia, CA. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302.
