Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Affairs medical Center (VAMC)-Ann Arbor Healthcare System, is soliciting and intends to award a firm fixed price contract for preventive maintenance and unlimited emergency repairs on the Government owned Tripath Imaging Prepstain Slide Processor located at the VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System, 2215 Fuller Road, Ann Arbor, MI 48105. NAICS Code 811219, size standard $19.0 million. The Contractor shall provide all parts, materials, labor, supervision, test equipment, technical manuals and transportation necessary to perform preventive maintenance and unlimited emergency repairs on the Government owned Tripath Imaging Prepstain Slide Processor including 24/7 technical telephone support for the period Date of Award through September 30, 2011 with four (4) one (1) year options, in strict accordance with all schedules, specifications, terms, conditions and provisions of the contract.
