Major elements of service will include: Aircraft Services Management, Aircraft Arrival Processing and Departure Services, Fleet Services, and Emergency services. This acquisition will be accomplished using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Parts 12 and 13.5.
