Responses to this Request for Information (RFI) are not considered offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. This request is for market research (FAR Part 10) purposes to determine potential businesses capable of providing the product described herein. Respondents should note that the Government will not return any information submitted in response to this request. The Government is not responsible for any costs incurred by respondents providing information to this request. Respondents must submit capability statements that clearly define the firm's ability to perform the service stated. Responses to this notice should be electronic and include: company name, address, point of contact, DUNS Number, size of business and socioeconomic status that is supported by a current registration status of active in the System for Award.
