GRAND TOTAL __________________ STATEMENT OF WORK SCOPE Contractor under this agreement shall provide on site calibration services for the temperature monitoring probes for the Central Texas Veterans Health Care System (CTVHCS). The systems that are covered under this agreement are in Temple, Austin and Waco Laboratory Departments. This service does not involve connectivity of a device/system to the VA computer network and does not involve sensitive VA data. SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED I. Calibration Vendor will provide all needed test equipment and if the probe fails calibration, will inform the VA prior to replacing the unit. Vendor will provide written certification that the probe is within specification. Report will include: Probe location, room number, calibration date, next calibration date, pass/fail, type, I.D., and model #. The scheduling of calibrations will be coordinated between the Contractor, the owning service and M&O Engineering. Calibrations will be performed in a manner which clearly demonstrates that the equipment meets or exceeds all manufacturers technical specifications. II. Scheduling Vendor will work with the Engineering department and will check in with them prior to starting any work.
