Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, San Diego, Ca (FISCSD) intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Ortho-Clinical Diagnostics, 100 Indigo Creek Dr. Rochester, NY. The requirement is for Tech Assistance both Hotline and on Site for Ortho Analyzers manufactured by Ortho-Clinical. No solicitation document exists. See Government-wide note 22. Any firm that believes it can provide the stated capability is invited to submit written notification to the Contracting Officer within 6 calendar days from the date of this publication. No telephone requests will be accepted. Responses received will be evaluated; however a determination by the government not to compete the proposed procurement is solely within the discretion of the Government.
