Contractor shall provide all labor, material, parts (including scanheads), equipment, travel expense and expert supervision for unlimited technical services telephone support, all operating system software updates, and full service coverage for the following equipment located at the VAMC, Louisville KY: ATL Ultrasound HDI 5000, and the MPT probe linked to the HDI 5000 system. Repair service and PM procedures are to be performed during regular working hours (7:00AM - 5:30PM, Mon-Fri). Solicitation pkg will issue on/about August 11, 2003.
