NASA/GRC has a requirement for construction trade related service groups to performSpecial Service Requests (SSR - initiated by various Test Cell Engineers, Researchers andFacility Managers) for the Repair, Modification and Replacement of unique supportresearch equipment and components located in Test Cells and Facilities throughout theNASA Glenn Research Facilities. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance withthe format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in thisnotice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are beingrequested and a written solicitation will not be issued.This procurement is being procured as a small business service disabled veteran owned setaside. A single-source Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) will be awarded from thiscombined synopsis/solicitation.The provisions and clauses in the RFQ are those in effect through FAC 05-47.The NAICs Code is 238220 and the small business size standard for this procurement is $14Million, respectively. All qualified responsible business sources may submit a quotationwhich shall be considered by the agency.
