Simplified Acquisition Procedures using PAR part 13, Acquisition for Commercial Items will be used for this requirement. These services must begin as soon as possible and will consist of performing certified calibrations and software upgrades by trained and certified technicians. This is neither a request for quote or announcement of forthcoming solicitation. It is the 15th Contracting Squadron?s belief that Steris Corporation is the only qualified source to meet our needs.
