This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 13 and the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Department requires the following: Contractor shall furnish all parts, labor, supervision, material, test equipment, and emergency services, including transportation cost necessary to perform preventative maintenance and unlimited emergency repairs on Urine Analyzer, Arkray AX-4280 (S/N: 40706047),at the VA Illiana Health Care System, 1900 East Main Street, Danville, Illinois 61832 for the period of January 1, 2017 through December 31, 2017 , with two additional option years to be exercised at the discretion of the government , in strict accordance with all schedules, specifications, terms, conditions and provisions of this solicitation. The Government anticipates awarding this requirement as a Firm Fixed Price contract. This acquisition is issued as a Full and Open Competition with a North American Industry Classification System code of 811219, with a size standard of $20.5 Million.
