Provide deodorizer/air freshner service to the George E. Wahlen Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Salt Lake City, Utah. Service to cover restrooms and other areas as designated by the Environmental Programs Manager. Selected Contractor to provide and replace dispensing systems and deodorizers at no additional cost to the Medical Center. Contract period to run from date of award through September 30, 2005 with four (4) one-year options to extend the service. Solicitation release date on or about February 22, 2005. Close date on or about March 15, 2005.
