Under this number, the Army Contracting Command (ACC) / Aviation Applied Technology Directorate (AATD) intends to award a firm fixed price contract. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-58. AATD intends to procure four hundred forty (440) Retransmit Box Faceplates (Part # 1010168) to equip the UH-60A/L aircraft on support of ARC-231 communications kit retrofits. Delivery schedule requirement is as follows: The contractor will deliver twenty five (25) ea by September 19, 2012; thirty (30) ea per month for thirteen months; and twenty five (25) ea on the last shipment. The period of performance will be July 27, 2012 through October 31, 2013. The contract will be awarded on a sole-source basis under the authority of Section 4202 of the Clinger-Cohen Act of 1996.
