This requirement will be for the repair and installation of supplies for MICROTECH system. The NAICS code is 811212. The authority for this non-competitive award is 10 USC 2304(c) (1), only one responsible Source. The Government intends to procure this sole source requirement under Commercial procedures in FAR part 12. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS and a solicitation will not be issued. Vendor must have specific knowledge of the installed hardware and software for service support for MICROTECH system. Interested concerns must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government and you may be considered for the next
requirement. If no affirmative written responses are received by 11:00 a.m on 18 June 2013, an award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed requirement is solely within the discretion of the government.
