This is an annual synopsis of repair basic ordering agreement (BOA) N00104-09-G-A751 with Canadian Commercial Corporation for Standard Aero Limited, Winnipeg Canada and serves as the pre-solicitation synopsis for all repair orders issued by the NAVICP for the period 2008 Oct 31 thru 2009 Oct 30 for the evaluation and repair of the items listed below by Standard Aero Limited: NSN 2S 2835-00-612-0730 Gas Turbine Engine, NSN 2S 2835-01-286-4790 Gas Turbine Compressor Section; NSN 2S 2835-01-243-3722 Gas Turbine Hot Section; NSN 2S 2835-01-258-7176 Gas Turbine Engine; NSN 2S 2835-01-493-3966 Gas Turbine Engine Starter. Individual orders exceeding $25,000.00 will be synopsized pursuant to FAR subpart 5.3. Orders issued under this BOA and pursuant to this synopsis will be issued pursuant to 10 USC 2304 (c)(1) because the Government does not currently possess the data necessary to compete the items solicited hereunder. Guidance in NAVICP solicitation language identified as LA27LN, Alternative Products Offered, applies to companies expressing an interest in supplying these items.
