This is a Notice of Intent to issue a sole source purchase order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for the purchase for engineering and maintenance of an SSI 3400H Mobile Shedder. Due to the unique and proprietary nature of this service, only one qualified supplier, Bestech Environmental Resources, Woodstock, AL, is capable of providing this service. Any purchase order that will be awarded under other than full and open competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. This is not a request for offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
