This requirement is being synopsized as full and open competition. Contract will be a Firm Fixed Priced type requirements contract under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, with a base year period and three option years. Quotes will be evaluated on cost and cost related items as well as delivery times. The FOB point is Letterkenny Army Depot (destina tion).
